A busy dancefloor in Quinta do Coração | J+G

Joana and Gonçalo got married in the modern Quinta do Coração, in Vila Franca de Xira, this past weekend and let me tell you... Never have I seen a busier dancefloor.

The ceremony was quick and joyful—just the way they wanted it. And to my surprise, the cocktail hour flowed seamlessly into the celebration: the dance floor opened the moment the guests walked inside.

With a sweltering HOTTTT day, a lively crowd, and a cool DJ, the energy was electric. The dance floor was practically alive from 4 PM to 1 AM.

Everyone joined in. Kids showed off their best moves, while the older generations smiled and swayed to the nostalgic beats of their youth.

I’ve been to plenty of fun weddings with great guests—but never before have I seen two families become one right there, on the dance floor.
